For those of you who have entered the Club Championship 2022, please see the information below and the attached start times.
The Jack Hughes Trophy takes place over two days, the 30th July and 31st July.
Please use the App or the PSI to sign in on both days.
Your scorecards will be pre-written and can be collected from the starter on the tee.
Please be on the tee ready to play at least 5 mins before your tee time.
Remember to hit a provisional ball if there is any doubt as to where your golf ball has finished. There will be a ball spotter on the 2nd fairway on both days, they will give a green sign if your ball is fine and a red sign if a provisional ball should be hit. Remember, you only have 3 minutes to look for a lost ball.
Please do not enter your scores into the computer following your round, hand the scorecards in to the pro shop immediately after play and when you are happy that you have put your handicap on the scorecard and both players have signed it. The scores will be entered by the Pro Shop staff.
On day 2, scorecards must be returned to the recorders tent by the side of the 18th green. The presentation will take place as soon after the close of play as possible. If there is a tie for the Jack Hughes Trophy there will be a play off immediately after play has finished. Ties for the Salvers and Seniors Trophy will be decided by countback over the last 18, 9, 6, 3, 1 holes. If scores are still tied after that, the same process will be followed for the first 18 holes.
Entry shows a commitment to play on both days.
There are 4 trophies to play for on the day.
The Jack Hughes Trophy is for the overall scratch winner.
The 4-9 Salver is competed for, off scratch, by golfers with a handicap index of between 3.1 and 8.2
The 10-18 Salver is competed for, off scratch, by golfers with a handicap index of 8.3 to 16.0 .
The JH Senior Trophy is competed for, off scratch, by all golfers over the age of 55.
