The weather forecast between now and Saturday morning is indicating that the temperature will not rise more than 2 degrees above zero. Given that the ground is frozen now, there is very little chance that the course will be in a fit state to run the competition by Saturday morning.
The January Stableford that was scheduled for Saturday 11th January will therefore be cancelled and the tee sheet will go live, on BRS, for social golf booking at 4pm this afternoon.
The Golf Course Status will continue to be communicated daily via e-mail, the members’ hub app and the telephone information line (option 4).
