The January Winter Competition went ahead this weekend with a full field of 25 teams. Sincere thanks to Paul Walden Painters and Decorators for sponsoring the event.
Last year the three teams winning prizes all finished on exactly the same net score requiring a complicated count-back, not so this year and the winning team with a score of net 58.5 were David Gingell, Julian Scott,Andrew Johnston & Philip Piper. Second place went to Ian Worth, Sean Oakley, Bryan Miller and Graham Gee with net 59.2 and third place to John Martin, Chris Welch, Martin McAuley & Peter Mooney with 59.5.
