I just wanted to provide a further update on the current status of the planning applications.
Chartfield Homes have now received formal notification that planning permission for the proposed residential development of 31 dwellings, with associated landscaping, vehicular access and parking (Planning Application 22/01448/FULEXT) has been refused as we indicated was likely in the update of last week.
The refusal documentation has been forwarded to the barrister to be included in the
review. We are now waiting on a written report jointly from the barrister and our planning consultant with the findings and recommendations. We will share this with you all as soon as the information is available. Thank you to all those who responded to last week’s update and offered to assist in the “working party”, we are looking to set this up once we have received the report.
