Christopher Ball
Course Manager
Chris started with the club in June 2014. Chris' career starteed at Woking Golf Club. Prior to his appointment at Newbury & Crookham he held the position of Head Greenkeeper at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club and was also the First Assistant at Walton Heath Golf Club. Chris holds various high level qualifications and has also studied at Myerscough University. Chris’s hobbies include reading, cooking, and socialising.

Michael Cox
Deputy Course Manager
Mike started at the club in 2012. Prior to that he was employed at Donnington Valley as the Head Greenkeeper. Mike has gained various qualifications such as his Level 2 & 3 in Greenkeeping plus chainsaw operation certificates.
Mike is also a keen gardener and landscaper.
Shaun Woodbridge
Assistant Greenkeeper
Shaun has been with the club now for nearly five months. He worked at Bearwood Lake G.C. for four years where he served out his apprenticeship and gained his Level 2 Greenkeeping qualification. In his spare time Shaun and his wife like to visit National Heritage sights.
Dave Bartholomew
Golf Course Mechanic
David joined us in 2012 and took over the maintenance of the fleet from Brian Lewenton. David is responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of our fleet. David is a keen fisherman, a motorcycle enthusiast and goalkeeper for a local football team. He has little spare time!
Brad Chick
Apprentice Greenkeeper
Brad joined us in July of 2018. Brad will soon be undertaking his Level 1 & 2 Greenkeeping courses.
Brad holds a brown belt in Judo and competes at a high level.
