The Newbury & Crookham Club Championship took place this weekend in extremely challenging conditions.
The competition was played over two days with the best scratch score over 36 holes winning the Jack Hughes Trophy. The deserving winner was Kevin Dunks 15 years after his first victory in the same event, his scores of 73 and 69 for a total of 142.
The Jack Hughes Seniors Trophy was won by David Niven with scores of 71+77=148. The 4-9 Dunn Salver was won by Robin Hope with scores of 74+73=147 and the 10-18 Dunn Salver was won by Dan Bayly with scores of 82+74=156.
