England Golf – WHS – Important Data Information
Technical update:
Prior to November 2nd 2020, the competitions and your handicap has been managed by the software provider (Club Systems), with this information being passed on to England Golf and the CDH (Central Database of Handicaps), once any handicap amendments had been made. This will change on November 2nd, with the software now just running the competitions and these results being transferred to England Golf to manage the handicap changes. In order to manage this process, they require from us your name, email address and date of birth and they will then use this to ensure there is no duplication of records. They will only contact you regarding your handicap, there will not be any marketing emails being received, unless you opt in to receive anything further and England Golf’s privacy statement in relation to this can be seen by clicking here.
You do not need to do anything in relation to this, but if you have any issue with England Golf being provided with your email address or date of birth, please get in contact with me prior to 4pm on Friday 16th October.
